History C. Alvarez, S.A. began with the primary activity of marketing dairy ingredients to the food industry. Within a short period of time, we expanded our line of products to include grains to the food and feed industries, becoming a major supplier to domestic clients. Mr. Cesar Alvarez founded the business in 1978, which operates based on the principles based on the integrity, honesty and ability to offer our clients the best products and services possible. Our parent company is located in Santo Doming, Dominican Republic. Our executive body of buying and selling conforms of individuals with experience in international trade.
